Required Experience

volume resort activity
Protect revenue integrity and enforce policies and procedures
Produce detailed shift reports and communicate directly with senior leadership
Be the visible leadership presence guests and staff rely on each evening
Schedule & Seasonal Structure
Five (5) shifts per week
Primarily evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
Occasional daytime shifts during peak season (May–October)
Winter scheduling may include reduced hours, Front Desk coverage, or seasonal layoff in accordance with business levels
This role is designed for someone who understands the rhythm of seasonal resort operations.
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of hotel or resort supervisory experience
Solid leadership presence and confident decision

Robust communication and organizational skills
Hotel Property Management System is considered an asset (ResortSuite)
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of the operation in the absence of senior leadership, not just observe it.
