A Bachelor's degree in human resources management, health care administration, business administration or a recognized health care management program with at least five (5) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year of management experience in a health care setting, professional associations, or public sector workplace.

A Diploma in human resources management, health care administration, business administration or a recognized health care management program with at least seven (7) years of senior level relevant experience, including one (1) year of management experience in a health care setting, professional associations, or public sector environment. OR
\n
Completion of a Master's degree in human resources management, health care administration, business administration or a recognized health care management program with at least three (3) years of senior level relevant experience, including one (1) year of management experience in a health care setting, professional associations, or public sector environment.
