Collaborate with clinical partners and perioperative services
Ensure adherence to provincial MDR standards
Foster solid relationships with stakeholders in healthcareRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business management
5+ years of progressive management experience
Certification through CSA or IAHCSMM preferred
Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
Robust conflict resolution and decision
