Implement and execute new quantitative models used for RWA forecasting and enhance the tool capable of performing sensitivity analysis across various scenarios for BAU and stress‑testing.
Advance credit risk analytics to provide deep insights that identify portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to credit risk, capital requirements, and RWA calculations.
Proficient in Python and other programming languages to implement and enhance RWA forecasting models.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in Business Analytical Tools (Power BI, Alteryx).
Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence to deliver on key priorities.
Project management skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables with competing priorities.
Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that deliver strong messaging for executive level audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Committed to continuously find ways to enhance capabilities, improve processes, and strive for better outcomes.
Education / Experience
A minimum of 3

5 years of relevant experience in capital RWA, credit risk or a related field.
Undergraduate or graduate business degree or equivalent relevant experience.
