Locations: Salmon Arm, Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops.

Responsibilities Review assurance and non‑assurance engagements for private or NPO organizations to ensure that relevant professional standards and Firm policies are followed. Plan, supervise and execute assurance and non‑assurance engagements. Prepare financial statements, conduct due diligence, participate in capital‑raising services and tax services for assurance and non‑assurance clients.

Develop a portfolio of new clients and business opportunities with existing clients on an ongoing basis. Address client issues timely, following BDO Policy, using strong technical skills and accounting experience. Apply industry/business knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client’s business.

Experience &

Education Professional designation required (CPA). 1+ years of management experience in an accounting and/or assurance role. Bilingual is an asset. In‑depth experience with ASPE or ASNPO files. Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Demonstrated leadership that focuses on employee engagement. Salary

$73,000 – $111,000.
