Job Description Provide Technical and operational support to the production, injection molding and water systems group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85% Flexibility to operate and maintain all production equipment including but not limited to: Fork, Blower/filler labeler, Shrink wrapper, case erectors, case packer, case sealer, palletizer, and stretch wrapper.
Respond to and correct operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment Support maintenance management process (performance boards, updates/discussions, preventive maintenance, recurrence prevention, planning scheduling) Escalate issues beyond elementary repair capabilities and assist reliability technicians as required to effect repairs and maintenance Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site.
Qualifications Minimum Successful completion of Year 12 Maintenance Fitter and/or Electrical Electronic qualification or 2 years equivalent work experience in related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Extensive Manufacturing background, especially in potting environment with technical experience.
