Our CASL Surface Technologies Division is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team!
In this role you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plant utilities, industrial machinery, and mechanical equipment in our Nisku facility.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Install and maintain mechanical systems and components.
· Inspect, test, and diagnose mechanical issues within the facility.
· Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows applicable codes, blueprints, and standards.
· Complete required documentation of maintenance, repairs, and other service information.
· Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
· Troubleshoot problems to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns.
· Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
· Journeyman certificate preferred.
· Machine shop experience is an asset (example: lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
· Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, drawings, and diagrams.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Interpersonal, communications skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to be adaptable in a changing work environment.
