Key Responsibilities:*
Perform routine landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding, pruning Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal garden preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of public areas, pathways, and gathering spaces.
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Monitor plant health and report issues to the farm team
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Support setup and cleanup for in office events and workshops
Ideal Candidate:*
Currently enrolled in a horticulture or environmental studies program (asset)
Enthusiastic about sustainable land care and outdoor work
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing manual tasks
Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn from experienced mentors
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous landscaping or event support experience is a plus, but not required
