Participate in the distillery management team and establish the departmental business plan. Participate in setting plant objectives and sales targets. Supervise the daily activities of the department. Design, plan and implement improvements to work methods. Schedule internal audit activities and review audit reports. Maintain the distillery's equipment and buildings. Guide the team in carrying out mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance work for the entire distillery. Participate actively in capital projects and in monitoring maintenance budgets. Be responsible for the relationship with the insurer regarding the maintenance program for critical equipment. Manage contracts with external suppliers. Work closely with other departments. Qualifications You place Health & Safety at the forefront of all your decisions, in both planning and execution. You adhere to and support the organization's values and policies, including those of ISO 9001, 14 001, 45 001 and 50 001. You have a marked ability to build collaborative relationships and are a recognized leader. You have experience in personnel management, and make the development of your team members a priority.
