Become a vital leader in maintenance processing with our team. This role focuses on supervising maintenance crews to achieve departmental goals safely and efficiently.
As a Supervisor of Maintenance Processing, you will report directly to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance. Your responsibilities include managing shutdowns, coordinating trades, executing schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be pivotal in ensuring all maintenance activities align with safety and environmental standards at the Fording River processing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee shutdown management and alignment with contractors
• Manage daily work schedules, focusing on Short Interval Controls
• Supervise contractor work for safety and compliance
• Source maintenance supplies within budget guidelines
• Conduct safety meetings and employee performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson's ticket or engineering degree
• Experience in electrical or instrumentation maintenance
• Proven track record in planning and scheduling maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Lead the maintenance processing team while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality performance standards.
