time Salary: $ per hour Schedule: 8 hour straight Days shift Overtime Position Requirements: Requirements: (Education, Skills, Certificate, Licenses, Experience): The position of Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright requires at least 3 or more years of experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. A High School education and/or formal technical or apprentice training is required.
Must be a licensed Industrial Millwright with provincial or inter

provincial trade certification, along with completing 4 years of apprentice.
Experience: 3 or more years industrial experience with heavy industry.
Inspect and adjust, as necessary, the mechanical alignment, balance, level, and general condition of conveyors, compressors, boilers, pumps, water treatment equipment, stokers, fans turbines, diesel engines, gear reducers, , and other rotating equipment throughout the plant and as required, check, repair, adjust, or replace couplings, bearings and mounts.
Experienced with rigging and lifting.
Computer skills including basic maintenance management software.
Basic welding skills.
Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven initiative and detail oriented.
