Our reliable product development and launch capability, coupled with our global footprint, make us a trusted partner for customers in the aerospace, hydraulic cylinders, flooring, textile, and geo components industries.Learn more about the history of Legge https://leggett.Com/historySo, what will you be doing as a Maintenance/Facilities Manager?Improve and optimize manufacturing facility availability through Total Preventive Maintenance.Manage inventory and cost of spare parts for equipment.Direct and develop maintenance resources to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet metrics targets.Involvement in acceptance of manufacturing and facility equipmentUpkeep maintenance, equipment, and facility documentationLeading a safety‐first approach maintaining a zero‐accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business.To Be Successful In This Role, You'll NeedTrained Technician or bachelor's degree in technical studies, Facility Management, Engineering, or the like.Automotive Experience Preferred.Minimum of 5 years related experience in Maintenance and Facility ManagementExperience in people management2–3 years of experience in high volume manufacturing environmentMechanical and electrical experience with related equipmentKnowledge of TPM systemsStrong understanding of preventive maintenance and implementation of maintenance plansHands‐on mentality and ability to coordinate between multiple assignments.Working knowledge of MS Office and Maintenance softwareKnowledge of legal requirements for building and equipmentAnalytical and structured working styleVery good problem analysis and problem‐solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCompensationSalary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience.In addition, we offer Great benefits including prescription, dental, optical, a company sponsored registered pension plan, optional RRSP, and more!What To Do NextNow that you've had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
