Compensation & Hours:
The rate of pay will be $130K/year
Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
Oversee maintenance programs for processing, packaging, refrigeration, utilities and building systems
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, maintenance, and support functions
Collaborate with operations, quality and engineering teams to improve reliability and line efficiency
Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital projects, and operational growth initiatives
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory and projects
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operation maintenance
3+ years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and plant operations
Proven mechanical abilities including technical skills and automation processes
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, or quality assurance systems
Engineering or technical education (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related)
Journeyman Certificate in electrical or millwright
