Maintains product knowledge of all room types, hotel layout, hotel amenities, and emergency exits.
\n
Understands various system requirements, such as mechanical, electrical, fixtures, and equipment.
\n
Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
\n
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
\n
Prevents minor maintenance issues from becoming major issues by investigating all maintenance requests.
\n
Documents and maintains detailed records on all physical equipment, life safety systems, and items requiring regular inspection.
\n
Maintains guest rooms, public guest space, and onsite amenities, including pool/hot tub and back
