POSITION DESCRIPTION:An idyllic location with breathtaking views of the Rivière des Mille Îles, the Alphée private retirement residence allows you to live life on your own terms! Schedule: Full time, daytime (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), 5 days a week

Salary: $21.78/hr to $23.43/hr

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
all other related tasks
Construction
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Make service calls
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Skilled training in general building maintenance (an asset)
