Rilpa Enterprises is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Shop Helper Northeast Calgary to join their team in Northeast Calgary.

Required Experience

Duties
Ability to safely Clean / Strip and paint parts as directed.
Working with chemical related cleaners and paint strippers.
Follow detailed instructions.
Inventory and requisition or order supplies, parts, materials as required.
Ensure shop area is cleaned at end of shift.
Maintain facilities and equipment as required.
Other duties could include working in other areas of the department to provide support during absences or shortage of staff in other areas of the organization.
Qualifications
Must have valid Driver’s License.
Ability to obtain airside security clearance if required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Forklift experience and certification considered an asset.
Familiarity with aviation industry is a major asset.
Experience with Inventory Software (Quantum Control software package preferred)
Robust communication skills and fluent in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Able to work in a busy setting & meet deadlines.
Possess excellent organization & keen attention to detail.
Work in a team environment.
Written skills for documentation and letter writing.
Pay Rate dependent on qualifications.
