EXPERIENCE:

All LPNs must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting patient assessment and direct nursing care of a broad range of diseases for both adult and child population in a primary care or ambulatory care setting. This must be included/exampled in your resume.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same
Must successfully complete the Police Records Check (PRC)/Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) process. This document is mandatory and necessary as you will be working with youth.\n

Hours: Responsible for completing Accident Reports for all direct reports who injure themselves on the job, within 24 hours of the incident; and
