Our team is looking for an individual who is able to be a team player while take initiative in identifying efficiencies. The Lot Attendant, Level 2 (newly created position) will would work with both our internal teams including Sales Leaders, Fleet Manager and PDI Foreman to organize/coordinator pick up of new and used car deliveries for both Lexus and Toyota brands.

As a Lot Attendant Level 2 you are responsible for:
Collect car dockets from inventory clerk to receive recent cars and organize them in parking lots as advised.
Drive/ Move vehicles back and forth from the compound to required dealership location.
Ensure necessary vehicles are fueled using gas slips. The amount is determined by Sales Managers. Organize the compound, current and used car parking lots which includes snow and garbage removal.
Organize the sales showroom as advised by the sales managers while maintaining the cleanliness of displayed vehicles.
Create and maintain outdoor vehicles displays advised by the Compound Supervisor or Sales Managers.
Display advertising signs for sales events as needed.
Operating our pick

up truck and trailer based on safety procedures.
Follow all safety regulations for Highway Traffic Act.
Demonstrating and following Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid G driver’s license with the ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) transmissions.
Five years of related experience: picking up or dropping off vehicles from other locations or for client service.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
