Protect company assets and ensure safety as a Loss Prevention Associate with UNIQLO Canada. Collaborate with management to implement effective loss prevention strategies in your assigned location.
This role requires coordinating with the Store Manager and Area Loss Prevention Manager to enforce loss prevention policies and train store staff. You will detect shoplifters, conduct internal investigations, and manage case tracking efficiently. Collaboration with different departments will enhance overall store safety and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement all Loss Prevention initiatives and policies
• Train store personnel on loss prevention procedures
• Detect and apprehend shoplifters as needed
• Utilize technology including CCTV and RFID systems
• Track theft incidents and support investigations
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
• Knowledge of Canadian laws regarding loss prevention
• Experience with internal investigations and exception reporting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
