We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant in our client's Vancouver office to support their Litigation Department. This role involves working on a broad range of litigation matters, including civil, commercial and construction matters.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail oriented and proactive LAA, experienced in managing complex litigation files in a fast

Providing additional support to members of the Litigation Department as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Completion of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program
· 4+ years of litigation LAA experience (BC experience required)
· Solid understanding of BC Supreme Court Civil Rules
· Exposure to construction litigation is a bonus
· Exceptional organizational and deadline management skills
· Ability to manage multiple active files independently
· Strong client service orientation and emotional intelligence
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, FileSite/iManage DMS, and Elite 3E accounting software (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00
