Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Address customers'' complaints or concerns Train staff Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Organize and maintain inventory Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Set staff work schedules Recruit staff Monitor staff performance Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Employment terms options Evening Employment terms options Night Day Weekend Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
