Responsibilities
\nPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards\n
Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
\n
Keep workstations clean and organized during shifts
\n
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
\n
Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are low Ability to lift approximately 20–30 lbs as required during shifts
\n
Assist with dishwashing and other duties as required.

Qualifications
\nPrevious kitchen or food service experience required\n
Robust knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures

Ability to work efficiently under pressure
