· Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service
· Adhere strictly to recipes, plating standards, and kitchen systems
· Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, including proper labeling, dating, and storage
· Assist in core prep functions including vegetable preparation, basic butchery, sauce work, and garnishes
· Support receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring product quality and proper stock rotation (FIFO)
· Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to ensure smooth, coordinated service
· Assist other stations and team members as needed to support overall kitchen performance
· Monitor product levels and communicate shortages or quality issues proactively
· Minimize waste through proper handling, storage, and utilization of ingredients
· Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
· Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and progression within the kitchen
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
· Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
· Ability to work independently within a structured team environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to perform in a fast
