Qualifications:
Valid LPN Certification in Nova Scotia, including pharmacology, health assessment, and medication administration
Certification in Protected Resident Handling
Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise and support care staff
Robust clinical judgement, assessment, and documentation skills
A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
