Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Depend on experience
Location: St. Thomas, Ontario
The Licensed Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. A key priority is to build brand loyalty and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform work as described on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs
Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs
Communicate findings with Service Advisor or Shop Foreman
Coordinate with Parts Department for required parts
Provide updates on delays or additional work required
Document all work clearly and accurately
Conduct road tests as required
Complete factory and dealership training
Stay updated with technical bulletins
Follow warranty and parts handling procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workspace and customer vehicles
Manage dealership tools responsibly
