desist letters and conduct due diligence on various databases namely in view of UDRP or URS arbitration proceedings or litigation.Support, mentor, and provide guidance to junior legal team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.Must havesMember of Quebec Bar with 5+ years' experience in commercial, technology, or intellectual property law.Bachelor's degree in law or the equivalent.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with representatives of various business units at all levels, qualifications and personalities.Bilingual (French and English).Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including questioning and listening skills) in English.Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiplecomplex files independently.Team
