Employment Type: time permanent.Overview: The Legal Counsel is responsible in providing legal services and advising the Wood Products Business Unit personnel from various departments and facilities related to the Unit's activities and operations, ensuring that the Unit and the Paper Excellence Group's objectives and interests are protected and furthered, as well as carried out in a manner that is in conformity with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.Your Challenges:Provide legal services and support related to contractual matters such as procurement/sales matters, including the drafting, negotiation and revising of procurement/sales agreements.Manage litigation matters of the Unit with the support of external counsels if needed.Work on general commercial matters related to the Unit.Provide legal support on projects of group
