Job Outline:
Preparing and drafting correspondence to opposing counsel, third party insurers, section B insurers, health care providers, etc
Compiling Affidavits of Records and completing Undertaking Responses
Preparing and drafting Court documents
Scheduling for the lawyers
Maintaining a file management system
Managing and staying up to date on client files
Corresponding with lawyers, other assistants, and clients on the progress of their files
Administrative Tasks
Requirements:
Paralegal or Legal Assistant designation from an accredited program
Experience with ESILAW or similar software
At least 2 years of litigation experience is required
Personal Injury experience
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient verbal & written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions & meet strict deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Multitasking capabilities
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00
