The Leader Patient Flow Operations exhibits sound professional judgement and initiative while working within the framework and objectives of the Health Services Program and the Mission, Vision and Strategic Direction of the NSH.
About You We would love to hear from you if you have the following: Baccalaureate degree in nursing Registered or eligible for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing Minimum of three (3) years medical/surgical experience or equivalent in an acute care setting Minimum of two (2) years nursing management experience BCLS required ACLS is an asset Demonstrated leadership, planning, organization and time management skills Ability to promote and maintain good interpersonal relations in dealing with patients, visitors and other health professionals Ability and knowledge to match utilization needs to resources available Ability to perform duties that involve lifting, bending and stretching Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred Please ensure your resume is up to date and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.
