Support Wine Club administration, including outreach, processing, and assisting members with their needs.
Utilize winery systems including C7 and TOCK to manage reservations, guest flows, and sales.
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism across all touchpoints.
Proactively anticipate needs, take initiative, and require little direction to manage tasks effectively.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 year of experience in a hospitality or retail workplace
Serving it Right Certification
Previous sales experience an asset
Food Safe Certificate considered an asset
Must be of legal age to consume alcohol in BC (19+)
Versatile schedule including weekends and holidays
Meet the physical requirements; regularly lift and carry up to 40lbs
