The Carriage House @ Vineland Estates Winery is currently looking for dynamic people to fill the seasonal position of Lead Event Server.
\n
The Lead Event
\nServer provides seated banquet style service in our private event venue or serves standing receptions and serves as the main touch point for the guest. Special occasions require an special dedication from the service staff. If you enjoy creating fantastic experiences for customers and are reliable, consistent and creative, then this is the position for you. This role pays minimum wage plus a share of the generated service fees/gratuities.\n
1 year Event Serving experience is a must. Demonstrated ability in leading a team through banquet service is prefered, as you may be required to lead service for some events.
