competitive salary is in the range of $98,927.18 up to $203,233.84 based on years of relevant experience and Call to Bar years.
In addition to salary, our generous and comprehensive benefit package includes employers paid extended health & dental family coverage; paid sick time; three weeks of paid vacation at the start, plus scheduled or earned days off (12 SDOs or 26 EDOs per year for support staff and 12 SDOs per year for lawyers); 14 Statutory holidays; pension match 6.35%; relocation assistance if applicable and more.

Efficient and organized file management Timely and ongoing communication with clients Litigation advocacy for LAS clients at every stage as required throughout the criminal law process including judicial case conferences, pre

trials, trials, decision reviews & appeals.
Competent negotiation on behalf of LAS clients to achieve fair, early and lasting outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently on client files as assigned.
Manage files using LAS case management technology leading to minimal paper records.
Complete and accurate time entry and record keeping.
Position Requirements Two years of experience in family law litigation.
Law degree from a recognized law school.
Familiarity with the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action; the United Nations declaration on the Rights of Indigenous people.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
Valid Drivers License Class 5.
Technologically savvy with a keen enthusiasm for learning new systems including, computer literacy in MS Office, web
