You will be called upon to act in matters involving regulatory compliance, environmental permits and authorizations, as well as transactional and litigation matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on the environmental impact of their activities and their regulatory obligations Participate in environmental due diligence in the context of transactions Draft and negotiate agreements involving environmental issues Provide legal support in environmental litigation matters Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on mandates with national and international scope Requirements 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in environmental law, ideally acquired in private practice Bachelor of Laws and an excellent academic record Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Strong legal skills and excellent communication abilities Robust analytical and synthesis skills Rigor, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence Ability to work effectively as part of a team #J
