Responsibilities:
· Operate and safely maintain landscaping maintenance tools and equipment.
· Operate a truck and trailer daily for job site transportation and equipment hauling.
· Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, raking, and weeding.
· Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring seasonal upkeep.
· Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing property maintenance needs professionally.
· Lead by example in professionalism, safety, and proper use of company equipment.
Working Conditions:
· Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
· Physically demanding tasks such as standing, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
· Flexible schedule required, with weekends and some statutory holidays.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in landscaping or similar outdoor work.
· Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively.
· Experience operating a truck and trailer safely.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
· Team leadership experience with a cooperative mindset.
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
· Smartphone with data plan for communication and attendance tracking.
· Legally authorized to work in Canada.
