Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand to lead a crew on hardscape and outdoor construction projects. This role focuses on stone and wood landscape installations, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, and fences. The ideal candidate has robust hands

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small crew on landscape construction projects
Install interlock patios, walkways, and stone features
Build retaining walls, steps, and stone borders
Construct wood structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, and outdoor structures
Prepare and grade base materials for stone installations
Read and follow landscape plans and measurements
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Train and guide crew members on proper installation techniques
Maintain protected, clean, and organized job sites
Requirements:
2+ years experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or carpentry
Robust knowledge of interlock installation, base preparation, and retaining wall systems
Experience building wood landscape structures such as decks and fences
Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
Ability to operate landscaping equipment (saws, compactors, etc.)
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
Valid driver’s license mandatory
