What You’ll Do
Lead a team on residential landscape construction projects
Read and interpret landscape plans
Operate a variety of equipment with confidence
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met
Maintain strong communication with clients and the team
Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and physical outdoor work
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew
A strong team player with a “we all win together” attitude
Confident using equipment and solving problems on the fly
Excellent communicator who’s client
