Position: Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician
Location: Charleswood, MB
Wage: Starting at $18–$25+/hr (based on experience)

General lawn maintenance (trimming, aeration, power raking, etc.)
Brickwork and hardscaping
Operating skid steers and mini excavators
Driving trucks with trailers
Assisting with landscape planning and execution
Other general landscaping tasks as required
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Personal smartphone with data (for maps and work apps)
Minimum 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
Physically capable of working 10

Able to get to our shop in Charleswood for daily start
What We Offer:
Competitive starting wage ($18–$25+/hr, based on experience)
Monthly incentives and performance
