What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Leading a crew on residential landscape construction projects
Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring projects stay on schedule
Reading and executing landscape plans and specifications
Operating equipment and working alongside your crew when needed
Ensuring all work meets CLS quality standards
Promoting and enforcing safe work practices on every job site
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of landscape construction experience
Previous foreman or crew lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of grading, base prep, paving stone, and retaining walls
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
Reliable, organized, and detail

Valid driver’s license (equipment experience is an asset)
