Manage patient greetings and explain collection procedures
Execute phlebotomies and ECG tracings
Conduct special test collections and document accurately
Foster robust relationships with clients and handle inquiries
Perform data entry for demographics and requisition detailsRequirements:
Approved Laboratory Assistant program graduate preferred
Experience in phlebotomy and ECG is an asset
Proficient computer skills with 40 wpm typing speed
Robust service orientation with empathy and adaptability
