Welcome patients and explain testing procedures
Carry out phlebotomies and ECG tracings
Handle special test collections and documentation
Respond to patient inquiries and maintain dialogue
Prepare specimens accurately for testing Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
Phlebotomy and ECG training considered advantageous
Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed
Solid customer service and stress management skills
