Key Responsibilities
Coordinate receiving of seed lots from custom cleaning clients
Invoicing clients for seed sales and services
Answering and directing phone calls
Assist with product promotion and customer care
Manage shipping of seed lots as per customer requirements
Ensure all paperwork is completed as per customer and industry requirements
Coordinate treating and packaging as per customer requirements
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting and other spreadsheets as required
Other tasks as assigned
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Robust Communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
A diploma in office or business administration or related field is preferred
Preferred 1 year of experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Other Requirements
Access to reliable transportation
Schedule:
Monday Friday with some Saturdays as required
40 hours per week
