Monitor and manage endpoint security (MDM/EDR) to ensure all company devices are encrypted and patched. Automation & Networking Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (VLANs, VPNs, and WiFi). Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, such as user provisioning or system health checks. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications: Background in ITIL foundations (to understand service lifecycles) and/or Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+). Technical: Proficiency in Python for basic scripting and task automation. Compliance Mindset: A fundamental understanding of security frameworks (SOC2/ISO 27001) and the importance of "audit
