POSITION: JR Production Administrator
REPORTING TO: VP Administration
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and write English
Positive communication skills
Experience with Quality Systems ISO 9001:2015
Minimum college diploma in business field or equivalent experience.
Experience using computer software including
Word and Excel.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
SCOPE: Reporting Production Administrator / VP Administration
The major responsibilities of the position are as follows:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Department:
Maintain records of Production including issuing and filing Work Orders.
Print and distribute final product labels.
Inventory:
Assists in Managing Inventory at various locations.
Assist in checking inventory of finished products.
General:
Responsible for assisting in filing and record keeping of the company.
Perform duties according to established procedures.
Follow all rules and procedures established at Elastochem Specialty Chemicals Inc.
Attend all training sessions and work in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Other duties that arise and assigned by Production Administrator or VP Administration.
