Required Experience

"Junior" Estimator/CSR
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in a bodyshop , dealership, or parts dept.
Will assist the lead estimator in the closing and writing of estimates
Must have working knowledge and experience using estimating software such as Bodyshop connect, Autatex, Mitchell, Progi.
Excellent customer service skills, you will be dealing with customers, adjusters and car rental stores, must have a calm demeanor for dealing with public.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
Communicate with adjustors regularly and customer to keep them updated on completion of job regularly.
Schedule customers in for appt's and repair work
Coordinate with Lead estimator to ensure you have an understanding of repair timelines to communicate with the customer and adjustors.
Ensure that vehicles are schduled according to the shop schedule
Go over the vehicle with the customer to highlight accident related damage an " Non claim damage ".
Ensure all pre and post photos are taken of vehicle prior to repair process, that all windows, doors, controls are checked that they are working or not prior to work being done on the car, ensure pre and post tear down photos are completed
Inspect vehicle throughout the repair process to ensure quality control.
Write detailed estimate to capture all claims related damage research repair to ensure all OEM standards and procedures are followed.
Must be thorough and detail oriented and organized making sure all estimates are QC'd before submitting.
