· Conduct equipment monitoring for maintenance, safety, and operational concerns, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
· Clean up the work site at the end of each workday; ensure the proper disposal of all refuse.
· Assist with the loading and unloading of all work materials.
· Ensure to wear all required personal protective equipment.
· Work in cooperation with other trades and labourers to ensure all specifications, legislation, and policies are met.
· Has working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and follows safe work practices.
· Keep up to date on changing technology and techniques that are relevant to the trade.
Qualifications:
· Journeyman Electrician Certificate required
· 5 years of Journeyman electrical experience required
· Excellent communication skills oral and written
· High attention to detail, ensure work is completed in an efficient and safe manner
· Clean, professional demeanor, an individual that take pride in workmanship (Perform tasks correctly)
· Follow and comply with all safety protocols and procedures
· Provide their own tools, and PPE
· Valid Drivers Licence with clean abstract
· Be able to pass Drug & Alcohol pre
