secondary diploma or certificate in Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in community support or related roles, preferably within Indigenous communities Knowledge of First Nations culture, traditions, and community dynamics Understanding of mental health and wellness issues affecting Indigenous youth Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting tools Solid organizational and time management skills Effective communications skills and interpersonal skills Strong problem
