Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong consistent sales results.

Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthens team performance and contributes to overall store growth, results, and performance.

Providing 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
