Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first response to users and respond to questions about functionality of existing business applications or network equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot routine problems and general IT related infrastructure issues, determining root cause and resolving problems to prevent reoccurrence.
Support user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including workstation preparation.
Providing technical support or training to clients on the use of software packages.
Answering inquiries from clients regarding software & network issues and assisting with troubleshooting Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
Help monitor and maintain endpoint security tools and policies.
Qualifications:
A combination of relevant knowledge, experience, or technical training
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 administration, & Windows 11
Experience in healthcare technology would be considered an asset.
Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches, printers, Windows Active Directory)
Familiarity with contemporary device management concepts
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Wi

Be comfortable with remote work, office work and at client’s location when necessary. Be available for additional hours as needed and availability to work occasional weekends, or holidays, if necessary.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
