This position reports directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager, focusing on the coordination of maintenance inventory and stockroom functions. Key tasks include maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming parts, and staging materials for maintenance work. You will be integral to the smooth operation of maintenance processes through effective stock management and coordination with the Maintenance Buyer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own maintenance inventory records for stock accuracy
• Manage receiving of parts, ensuring quality checks
• Coordinate removal of obsolete stock items
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Buyer on trends
Requirements:
• Completion of high school education
• 2–5 years of related inventory experience
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office expected
• Highly organized with solid attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
