Manager or Senior Manager , you will play a key role coordinating teams to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients.

Key areas of focus include structuring of international and domestic transactions, offshore investment activities and repatriation strategies to minimize U.S. and foreign income taxes, design and implementation of cross

Depth Tax course required, or currently enrolled
\n
At least two years of Corporate Tax experience, preferably with some experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and International Tax
\n
Strong commitment to client service
\n
Excellent team management skills
\n
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Demonstrated organization and analytical skills
\n
